Scholarship for highly talented student

My name is Tom Kigezi. In the recently released A level exams in Uganda, I got a perfect score of 4 A's in all 4 subjects I offered. i.e Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics.

I am searching for a full scholarship in Europe or USA to pursue Engineering and I was thinking that you give me specific help instead of the broad search on the internet, where certainty is less.
