Scholarship for Aviation Industry

Why is the government not giving scholarships for the aviation industry while this industry has a lot to do with achieving the vision 2030?

Is there any other funds allocated to the aviation industry because its like so far no scholarship or even grants for those doing aviation.

Please inform me on this department because I may be unaware of its existence.Thank you
