Savvy Management Consult Public Relations/Customer Service Executive Jobs in Kenya

Minimum Requirements
  • The suitable candidate should have at least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position in the insurance industry.

    Key Duties:
  • Ensure membership renewal and active participation with occasional visit to member offices.
  • Establish new avenues for revenue generation through organizing events including golf-tournaments, collaborating with stakeholders to participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, expos and galas in liaison with the CEO.
  • Work with other stakeholders for continuous training of the members and create affiliations with other regional bodies.
  • In liaison with the CEO, steer the development of the Association Strategic Plan and create public awareness.
  • Create calendar of events and awareness among members in good time through various avenues including newsletter.
  • Follow up on branding merchandise for all Association events and ensure designing and timely deliveries.
  • Embrace interactive digital /social media platforms for communication with members and all stakeholders for effective sharing of information and Association activities.
  • Work with CEO to identify and appoint business partners for delivery of services at various levels including event managers, travel agents among others.
  • Coordinating monthly breakfast meetings in conjunction with the CEO.
  • Gathering of market intelligence on emerging issues in the insurance industry and taking appropriate action.

    Terms of Contract
  • A contract of twelve (12) months, renewable depending on performance. Attractive salary with other allowance including medical, travel and telephone.
