Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) is established under the Sacco Societies Act, CAP 490B with a mandate to license, regulate and supervise the Sacco Sector in Kenya. SASRA is seeking results oriented, selfdriven individuals with high integrity to fill the following vacant positions. Suitable candidates shall be employed on permanent and pensionable terms of service within Nairobi. The jobs may entail travelling
outside the duty station.
Responsible for providing effective front office services that project the image and service standards of the Authority.
Key Responsibilities
Keeping front office tidy and presentable.
Receiving and directing the Authority’s clients.
Responding to inquiries.
Checking, sorting and forwarding emails.
Receiving and routing all incoming calls; and
Preparing and maintaining up-to-date media contact database.
Job Specifications:
Certificate in any of the following disciplines:
Communications
Public relations
Customer Care or any other related field from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
At least three (3) years relevant experience.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; and
