Job Description

Ambalay Raye is a sole agent of Duru Products from Evyap international Co. /TURKY/ and engaged in importing and distributing different beauty and personal care products which are FMCG and of high quality to the Ethiopian market & would like to hire competent professionals in the following positions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Market Research to determine market requirements

Develop and implement market and sales plans

Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies based on Market segmentation to meet organization objectives

Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

Coordinating and supervision of Sales person

Develop and lead sales team

Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Prepare and adhere to budgets.

Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.

Volunteer to work additional tasks related to profession

Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Planning and organizing skill

Relevant product and industry knowledge

Problem solving and decision making skill

Good knowledge of English speaking

Computer knowledge

Knowledge of presentation and influence on clients

Job Requirements

BA degree in Marketing Management or related field from recognized institutions

Minimum four years similar work experience.
