Salary:

  • 25K plus 10% commissions

  • Westlands, Nairobi

    Our client, a software company, is hiring an eager and sales driven Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit and hunter attitude.

    You will:

  • Qualify leads from various sources as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through phone and email outreach
  • Perform assessment and qualification calls with prospects
  • Present live demos or pitch decks
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term, trust based relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Coordinate and schedule follow-up meetings with other team members responsible for identifying requirements and closing the opportunity
  • Stay up to date with changes to products, services, and pricing

    Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B
  • BA/BS Degree/Diploma
  • Strong phone & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Sales experience, particularly in Software markets, IT, Telcom
  • Previous experience selling software added advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
