Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

  • Meet customer wise monthly Targets
  • Range selling of all SKUs in all outlets
  • Ensuring timely payment collections & recovery of any debts.
  • Adhere to coverage of outlets as per day routes
  • Open new potential outlets on each route
    Re-activate dormant outlets
  • Monitor each outlet’s billing frequency and achieve 100% billing every month.
  • Place Deep Freezer in prominent and visible place within the outlet.
  • Display SKUs as per freezer planogram.
  • Ensure minimal damages of products as per stocking & display norms.
  • Merchandising and effective use of POS material.
  • Patiently handle customer complaints & requirements.
  • Maintain daily coverage norms of outlet visits with efficiency on call completion & productivity
  • Adhere to Co policies.
  • Reporting
  • Use Field Assist (sfa) to capture all in-outlet executions, including orders
  • Maintain and review daily outlet wise Tgt vs Achvmnt data.
  • Keep track of Co assets- freezers
  • Report on competitor activities

    Qualifications for the Sales Representative Job

  • 2-4 years of experience in FMCG or with ice cream brands.
  • Good geographical knowledge of Nairobi
    Soft skills- good communication, hands-on, eager to learn, energetic
