Job Vacancy: Sales Executive / Team Leader

Location: Mombasa

Gross Salary: 15k – 30k Plus Commission

Together As One is a Micro-Investment Company based in Kenya providing Loan (Logbook loan, Car financing, Import duty financing, Business loan, Personal loan) and Savings services they are looking to hire a sales Executive who will be tasked with generating revenue through sales while offering an excellent customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing and selling Company’s products and services to customers through field visits, in house calls, internet, and other marketing channels.

Drive demand for the company’s product portfolio

Create market awareness for the company’s product

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.

Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity

Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.

Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis

Maintaining thorough knowledge of company products and services.

Prepare forecast, sales budgets, and reports.

Key Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ business-related field or social science course.

At least 1 years of working experience

Good

in using Microsoft office applications- word, excel, publisher, and PowerPoint

Must be Self-motivated, result oriented, and target driven Age 28yrs and above

Relevant experience in the respective field

Ability to lead and coordinate a team to achieve set target

Good-looking individual with excellent communication skills

Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Computer Applications.

Flexible schedule and attentive to details.

A self-starter and goal achievement-oriented individual who can work without close supervision.
