Our client is an international Group, present on three continents and with more than 70 years dedicated to the Automotive Industry and Sector.
They are looking to hire a Sales Administrator who will contribute to high quality customer service and support the sales team achieve set targets.
Responsibilities
Confirm orders from sales team and issue requests to Logistics.
Manage in regard to offer letters, the successful execution of Financed deals
Manage receipt, issue, approve quality and acceptance of vehicles from PDI.
Prepare delivery paper work as per procedures.
Complete, accurate and on time invoicing of vehicles
Management of sales fleet including service, fuel and assignment.
Reporting: Daily| Weekly| Monthly on orders progress, stock availability and condition.
Continuous and innovative showroom display, tidiness and ambience
Custodian of customer files including compliance to data privacy and safeguard against un authorised use and/or distribution.
Maintenance of the cars.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
3 years of experience, preferably in an automotive industry would be desirable
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize and keep tab of all aspects of the job.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
Ability to understand and follow company policies and guidelines
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Problem solving skills
Knowledge in sale agreement contracts
Proven track record in sales
Excellent customer service skills
Must be time conscious and have a sense of urgency.
