Our client a distributor of mobile phones and accessories in E. Africa, are looking to hire a Sales Administrator.

Job Purpose;

The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

Sales Administrator Job Responsibilities

Processing invoices for all sales transactions

Checking prices and contracts are up to date.

Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.

Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

Taking phone calls from customers.
Communicating internally important feedback from customers

Invoice products accurately and ensure correct products are supplied, communicate with customer to collect products when applicable
Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence

Qualifications for the Sales Administrator Job

A Degree/ Advanced Diploma certificate in Sales and Marketing.

Strong communication skills.
Well versed in IT skills.

An administrative or sales background in selling phones is a must

Ability to work with no or minimum supervision.

Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
