Skills Requirements

General and Task Management Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified

• Sourcing, negotiation and buying of goods, materials, and services to meet the company’s operational requirements

• Purchase goods, materials, and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply

• Cost, quality and delivery targets

• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments

• Communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on

• Analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures

Other interpersonal skills

• Outstanding communication and Etiquette

• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office Management Software (ERP etc.)

Qualifications/Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
