SAIC Advanced Training Management Trainer Jobs in Uganda



SAIC is seeking and Advanced Training Management Trainer to support our GPOI mission in Uganda.

Responsibilities

  • Principal instructor for Training Management, Training Resource Management, and Advanced Instructor Development.
  • Serve as senior instructor on team to train the UPDF PMTC staff to enhance their training management, training resource management and instructional skills IAW learning objectives and outcomes specified in the SOW.


    Requirements


  • Completed U.S. or foreign equivalent MEL 4 (CGSC).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years military operations and training experience cumulative with directly related experience in overseas program operations.
  • Experience as senior trainer to a foreign security partner with directly related experience in capacity building and unit-level assessments.
  • Experience in organizational development, conducting activities intended to drive institutional improvement and self-sufficient organizational change.
  • Experience in a U.S. or foreign military training and doctrine development organization, or permanent assignment to a U.S. or foreign military training school or combat training center.
  • Regional Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
