Safaricom Investment Co-operative Unit Manager Jobs in Kenya


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Champion development and Implementation of a comprehensive and innovative strategy for the land business unit

  • Deliver negotiated land unit returns as per Board Risk Appetite guidelines and Investment Policy

  • Spearheading land projects onboarding process and activities

  • Managing the land unit technical, business and sales team

  • Stakeholder management in land investments

  • Oversight and control of external contractor(s) and land unit vendor teams Academic

    Qualifications

  • A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage

  • Must be registered with a relevant professional body

  • Undergraduate degree in either Building Economics, land Economics, Project management or any other related field
