ResponsibilitiesAssist in obtaining, clarifying and aligning requirements and developing project plans.
Manage cross-functional resources, project timelines and project budgets required to successfully drive projects and initiatives.
Interact and drive project efforts across cross-functional teams including: Procurement, Legal & Regulatory Affairs, Information Technology (IT), Quality and Commercial Business Units.
Set priorities, develop work breakdown structure and monitor progress towards project goals.
Track details and activities across projects to ensure alignment with long term business objectives.
Present projects and program level plans and lead progress updates with senior management and other affected staff at regular intervals to ensure awareness of progress against commitments.
Identify root cause, manage and resolve issues when possible or escalate risks/problem situations to ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in BSC. in Computer Science/Business oriented degree from a recognized University
The candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
MS Project experience is also required with demonstrated ability to create detailed work breakdown structures.
Experience with critical path project management is a plus
Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
Must be motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges

Responsibilities
Work closely with the product managers in the various projects/processes.
Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) and follow up with signatories for execution, ensure partners have collected etc.
Partner On-boarding document upload onto share point for approval
KYC checklist follow up
with partners to ensure we have all documentation in place
Review of the daily VAS issues tracker to ensure that all partner issues are covered.
Partner contacts database updating
Create a filling system for partner documents in the shared folder and save the documents as they are received
Filling of documents and letters
Contract uploads onto symfact system
Perform call outs to various Merchants in regards to them providing missing KYC documents
Merchant On-boarding document retrieval and storage on the shared folder
Perform checks to ensure we have all KYC documentation in place especially for Public and government organizations, and maintain physical files for the same
Sorting and archiving of the physical KYC documents received
Performing call outs to inactive merchants with balances in their tills, during the unclaimed funds exercise
Merchant / Partner contact information clean up
Liaising with merchandising agency and regional sales teams to ensure excellent branding and visibility in the trade.
Requirements
A currently On – Going Undergraduate Student in Business related field from a recognized University
Have proven interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Good organizational skills.
Be computer literate.
