Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve to client support queries.

  • Train Clients on our services and solutions.

  • Generate Client Daily support reports.

  • Escalate unresolved Client queries to the General Manager for action.

  • Work in Shifts (Include Day and Night shifts).

    Ideal Candidate:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values.

  • Client focused.

    Personal Attributes / Competences / Knowledge:

  • God Fearing with Integrity / Sound Morals

  • Good communicator in both written and spoken English

  • Dealing with complexity

  • Customer focused and results oriented

    PS: A comprehensive background check will be undertaken
