RYCE East Africa Fleet Sales Manager Jobs in Kenya

Applications are invited from qualified applicant for the position of Fleet Sales Manager, at Nyco East Africa.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions,

  • Preparation and execution of annual business plans and activities
  • Drive change and develop a customer oriented culture in the organization.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Budget management & control operating costs
  • Sales and Marketing to increase individual fleet sales
  • Identify and develop now business opportunities for the organization
  • Monitor and review sales Service processes to enhance productivity and Improve customer satisfaction
  • Provision of advisory services to the After sales team
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Support all company marketing programs
  • Administer Col potato & Isuzu policy and ensure compliance with labor agreements & effective labor relations
  • Preparation of Management reports.

    Requirements

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements -

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing held or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ton yews work experience in a relevant field
  • Good communication, analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
