Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitive insights.

Collaborate with marketing, and other departments to coordinate brand messages.

Analyze and report on key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of social media campaigns.

Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Utilize social media advertising tools to promote content and grow followers.

Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management.

Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Previous experience in the Service Industry.
