Job Description

Ø Proactively Manage the RGR website and social media handles.

Ø Attendance at recruitment exhibitions, representation of RGR on exhibition stands.

Ø Contribution to RGR s marketing strategy and organization of marketing and advertising activity in Nigeria.

Ø Input and expert advice with regards to RGRs strategy in Nigeria.

Ø Possible travel to cities outside of Abuja for recruitment events or training, including abroad.

Ø Ensure constant steam of walk-in clients at the assigned RGR office.

Ø Assist with developing new strategic recruitment activities through gathering market intelligence.

Ø Achieve agreed targets for each Month

Ø Provide timely and accurate updates to the Company regarding online student recruitment activities.

Ø Initiate necessary virtual and real-time marketing strategies/campaigns using various social media platforms amongst others as required.

Ø Any other related task that may be assigned

Responsibilities

Ø Digital Marketing and Communications:

Ø Assists in proactively monitoring and analyzing all RGR web and Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter(X), Instagram, You Tube, etc.)

Ø Design and update the RGR website regularly.

Ø Respond to a high volume of activity on social media sites with appropriate responses based on company policies

Ø Regularly perform clients allocation to conversion team and make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests.

Ø Effectively utilizes tools provided and analytical skill set to determine the next plan of action.


Monitor and track negative posts and respond appropriately

Ø Assess the customers complaints and provide the correct information to rectify the issue

Ø Maintain sense of urgency and a poise attitude when taking action on response

Ø Continue to stay actively knowledgeable of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices

Ø Escalates urgent matters of concern to Supervisors as needed

Ø Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

Ø Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.

Ø Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

Ø Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

Ø Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.

Ø Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

Ø Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).

Ø Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

Ø Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.

Ø Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

Ø Compile reports for management showing results.

Ø Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

Ø Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.

Ø Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.

Ø Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.

Ø Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

Ø Implement on-going education in digital marketing field to remain highly effective.

Ø Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.

Ø Report notable threats to appropriate management.

Ø Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.

Ø Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.


Customer Service:


Ø Respond to the problems of the customer promptly via social media

Ø Assist customers via Face to Face, emails and over both over the phone and on social media platforms.

Ø Listen to the customer queries patiently to resolve issues

Ø Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken and query resolution to ensure customer satisfaction

Ø Update/maintain social media log on CRM on a nightly basis

Ø Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems

Ø Ability to retain product knowledge and help educate the customer


Requirements

Experience and Qualifications


Ø Ideally Graduate degree in Computing, Marketing, communication and graphic design or any related IT degree will be an added advantage or relevant work experience in lieu .This means we will consider individual
who are able to succeed on the role without a degree but has Graphic, Website design and social media management skills

Ø A minimum of 2 years’ experience in related role

Ø Strong customer service background

Ø Marketing experience in a similar role

Ø Considerable experience in a customer facing role – essential


The right individual must:

Ø Strong creative design skill

Ø Blogging and writing skill

Ø Paid social media advertising expertise.

Ø Sales skills: Ability to engage with people and turn them into sales opportunities.

Ø Specific marketing channel expertise eg: email, SEO, SEM, social

Ø The ability to think objectively

Ø High Level Marketing skill

Ø The ability to execute and analyze drip marketing campaigns

Ø A mix of creativity and analytical abilities

Ø Good copy and visual storytelling abilities

Ø A likable personality

Ø A good understanding of WordPress

Ø Self-promotion savvy

Ø Understanding of brevity

Ø The ability to analyze quantifiable metrics

Ø Listening skills

Ø Agility

Ø Strong design skills of HTML, CSS or Photoshop.

Ø Excellent customer service skills, experience working within a customer -facing role

Ø Highly organized, can manage a number of different tasks simultaneously

Ø Can work under pressure when required

Ø Excellent communication skills, can build positive relationships with people of a variety of different ages and levels of authority

Ø Significant experience related to the international Higher Education sector

Ø Knowledge of marketing for international Higher Education sector within Nigeria

Ø Knowledge and experience of visa counselling for visa applicants

Ø Knowledge of international higher education and experience of working in international education – desirable

Ø Experience working in the Education marketplace

Ø Knowledge of the study-overseas market
