RUBIS Energy Uganda Limited is a subsidiary of RUBIS Energy Kenya Plc which is an affiliate of RUBIS, a French multinational energy company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange.

RUBIS specializes in the retailing of petroleum products, support & services, terminaling & storage.

RUBIS Energy Uganda wishes to invite applications from suitable candidates for the positions below;

Retail Convenience Manager

Reporting to Retail Manager

The suitable candidate shall be responsible for implementation of the Convenience Retail growth strategy through the development and implementation of the RUBIS CR plan.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing/sales,

• Convenience Retail (Shops, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), partnerships and Category management) knowledge and experience.

• FMCG experience is an advantage.

• Well-developed negotiation and analytical skills

• Good relationship management and communication
