We are currently looking to hire a vibrant, dynamic, result driven Telesales Supervisor to lead the asset creation Telemarketing department in our Financial Services subsidiary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing teams of telesales executives in the telesales department, ensuring day to day management of teams, and team leads and guiding the team members to ensure delivery of set sales targets, Develop and manage a set of KPIs for the department, Identify opportunities for business development and ensure high conversion rate, Provide inspiring leadership across the Business generation team among others.

Requirements

MUST have a solid background/previous experience working as a core telesales supervisor, preferably in a financial services sector for a min. of 6yrs

Demonstrable evidence of leading and managing a high performing team that delivers and exceeds targets

Strong Leadership skills, the ability to 'show' as well as 'tell'

Good written, presentation and communication skills

Self-Motivated, Ambitious and success-driven

Commercially astute with a track record delivering to growth targets
