Job Title: Helper

Reports to: Team Leader

Purpose of Position: To assist the operator and the assistant machine
operators during the production process..

Responsibilities

Assists to Ensure safety standards are adhered to all the time

Assist to Ensure cleanliness of the work environment

Assist in carrying out quality inspection of PVC &HDPE pipes that are produced & materials being used

Assist in carrying out the required machine setting/adjustment in the most efficient way to ensure high quality of the products

Assist in carrying out machine maintenance(cleaning, Lubrication &machine fittings)

Ensure correct use & storage of tools &equipments during production

Assist in ensuring correct colour coding for HDPE pipes & printing of label

Any other duties that may be signed from time to time

Interface

Team leader; Section Head, Production/Maintenance Engineer, Quality controller &
Operator

Safety

Using protective gears like Hands gloves; Nose Masks; Industrial Boots; Overall; Ear plugs/Ear Muffs.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience

S.4 certificate
SKILLS

Ability to learn fast.

Ability to work under minimum supervision
