Job Description

  • Plan and manage office supply needs.

  • Organize and manage office recreational area needs and works according to the company policy

  • Ensure proper provision of telephone, electricity, water and other general service needs to the various sectors of the company

  • Ensure the proper utilization of office assets like chairs, desks, and computers. Register and keep track of all office assets

  • Direct staff on the appropriate usage of assets

  • Ensure timely and appropriate servicing and repairing of assets as needed

  • Monitor that all company vehicles are serviced and have all needed documentation

  • Provide coupons for company car refueling according to the already set budget

  • Monitor via provided GPS system the whereabouts of all registered company vehicles, read and evaluate the fuel usage reports

  • Ensure that all consumables needed for proper vehicle running e.g. fuel, tires, motor oil are efficiently and economically used

  • Monitor and evaluate the services given by the company drivers. Plan methods that can increase their efficiency.

  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness of the general office area as well as all recreational areas and office bathrooms

  • Plan and manage all schedules for cleaning and security staff. Address all issues that may arise from these departments.

  • Devise a plan to control all the assets that come into and out of the office.

  • Monitor and plan the transportation services provided for the staff

  • Additionally carry out tasks handed to him/her from their immediate supervisor

    Job Requirements

  • BA/BSC Degree in Management, office Management, administration management or related

  • Some training on property and materials management

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience on related business

  • A working driver’s license

  • Good working skill on computer

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact professionally with all business partners.
