Job DescriptionCheck quality of purchased product
Maintain the stock report and follow up processing on the processing line
Working with Cleaning warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export activities by Insuring the Oilseeds and pulses are cleaned on time per schedule and agreement on sales Contract
Working with shipping companies and booking containers by consistently checking their schedules
Working with Transporters to ensure the goods are transported on time and in full quantity
Working with Regulatory bodies ensuring procedural requirements such as Phytosanitary certificate, MOT letter, Inspection Service agencies as buyers requirements and related
Working with Transistor and drivers to insure Goods leave warehouse to Djibouti on time with full documents for easy clearing.
Track the location of the shipment;
Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and - accurate manner, for example, shipping schedules; letters of credit; ECGD documents; credit control mechanisms; licenses; declarations; packing, routing, transport, and safety documentation.
Support Exports customs clearance and documentation;
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skills
B.A or B.S.C in Business Administration, Marketing or Social Sciences from an accredited university
Minimum of 4 four years’ direct work experience on handling Quality inspection in Warehouse and Documentation process for oilseed and pulse
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, & problem-solving,
Must have extensive knowledge of full logistics tasks
Must be Detailed oriented
Must work well under Pressure
Must be willing to travel outside of Addis
Must know how to handle bank-related documents such as Bank Permits (Must know how to use a typewriter)
