Job Description

  • We are looking for an organized Secretary to perform administrative tasks

    Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients.

  • Answer phone calls.

  • Respond to emails.

  • Schedule meetings.

  • Arrange the office works n needed documents

  • Follow up the company process out of the office if required

  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings.

  • Make travel arrangements for executives.

  • Print and copy documents as needed.

  • Submitting the monthly vat report

  • Translating any required documents for the company business

    Job Requirements

    Requirements

  • Degree in secretarial science or related fields

  • Two years of experience in similar positions

  • Languages ( Afan Oromo, Amahric, Somali and English)

    Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Prior experience in administration would be advantageous.
