Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organized Secretary to perform administrative tasks
Tasks and Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and clients.
Answer phone calls.
Respond to emails.
Schedule meetings.
Arrange the office works n needed documents
Follow up the company process out of the office if required
Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Print and copy documents as needed.
Submitting the monthly vat report
Translating any required documents for the company business
Job Requirements
Requirements
Degree in secretarial science or related fields
Two years of experience in similar positions
Languages ( Afan Oromo, Amahric, Somali and English)
Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Prior experience in administration would be advantageous.
