Job DescriptionRich Kids International (RKI) is an organization working in Kenya and the east African region with offices in Nairobi- Kenya.RichKids as an organization main objective is creating financial platforms for kids and financial structures that work for them beyond generations.
The Assistant sales executives will report to and support the field Relationship consultants in meeting certain assignments as shall be assigned to them.
As a candidate for this position, you should have a passion for initiating and concluding product and service sales. Your joy will be a happy and satisfied client.
Responsibilities
Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers & build business by evaluating the new customers
Establish contact & maintain relationship with existing customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets monthly
Ensure collection is done as per norms of the Company
Reach agreed upon collection targets
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Gather & report market intelligence
Adhere/ comply with the operational business norms of the Company
Qualifications
Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing course or its equivalent.
Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.
Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving
goals.
Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
Have a passion for sales and have the ability to create strategies that align with modern customer trends
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate should possess:
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Good leadership skills with a high sense of maturity
High level of integrity, responsibility and confidentiality
High sense of self-drive and business acumen
Networking skills (internal and external)
Preferred Ages- 20-25yrs.

Remuneration- The right candidate will be contracted on a twin pay plan, a modest starting basic and performance-based package.
