purpose and scope of the evaluation This is an outcome project assessment designed to assess the project against its own stated goals and objectives. The specific objectives of the assessment are to:
Identify project contribution to the achievement of expected outcomes
Provide an analysis of the extent to which project funds have been used efficiently and effectively.
Develop recommendations for further strengthen of the project.

Job Requirements
Skills and qualification required
An organization/individual with at least 7-10 years of experience in the research and/or evaluation field related to development and or humanitarian projects
Previous experience in writing final Evaluation Reports for international NGOs/donors
Previous experience with participatory M&E methodologies including mixed-method
Strong facilitation skills, particularly working with vulnerable groups including children
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated understanding and support of principles of equity and inclusion
Fluent spoken and written English
Desirable:
Previous experience of leading researches/evaluation in Ethiopia
Understanding of humanitarian interventions in Refugees Camps
Understanding of Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) approach

As a child-focused agency, Right To Play (RTP) recognise the need to ensure that child protection awareness and strategies are developed and active in our programmes. To this end, all successful candidates will be given orientation on Right To Play’s Child Safeguarding Policy.
The successful candidates will then be required to complete and sign the Child Safeguarding Self-Declaration and the Attestation of Commitment to Child Safeguarding forms.
