Purpose of the JobOrganizes, manages and coordinates the administration functions of the Addis Ababa office.
Manage all hotel bookings and travel related activities of the company.
Manage residence/work permits of all international staff and their families.
Manage and coordinate any documents and processes that are required by the governments.
Track and manage all permits and licenses including renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Organizes and coordinates the administrative functions of the office.
Apply for work permits and residence permits for all international staffs and ensure they are renewed when they fall due;
Make hotel reservations and airport pickups and drops for all international staff working for Richland;
As necessary and appropriate assist Richland staffs in securing travel documents (visas and passports);
Prepares new agreements, follows-up and processes on the renewal of rent agreements for Richland international staffs;
Processes travel documents such as passports, visas, air ticket arrangements and airline bookings for domestic and international trips for all staff and guests and follows-up accordingly;
Follows-up and manage, to issue and renew on the work and residence permits of expatriate staff;
Facilitates the import/export of personal belongings of all international staff of Richland;
Administer drivers, guards and cleaners in Addis Ababa Office according
to the rules and procedures of the company (if applicable)
Administer vehicles of the central office. (if applicable)
Prepares correspondent letters for approval and send after it is signed.
Prepares periodic performance reports and submit to the concerned parties.
Performs any other duties related to import, export that are assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.
Tracking all permits and licenses and renewing according to the requirements.
Job Requirements
Education
BA Degree in Marketing, Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration or equivalent
Experience
At least three years relevant work experience

Ability to maintain good working relationship with and maintains up-to-date records of travel agencies, hotels etc…
Skill in the use of computers and application related to the job
Understanding of HR & Administration
