Riara Springs Girls' High School Deputy Principal Jobs in Kenya; This role seeks a visionary leader capable of working closely with the Principal to steer the school towards strategic excellence while maintaining a focus on Academic and Holistic development for all students.

Requirements:

• Education: o Bachelor's Degree in Education (mandatory).

o Master's Degree in Education Management/Administration (added advantage).

• Experience:

o At least 8-10 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or similar role.

o Proven experience in a reputable, high-performing girls' boarding school.

• Skills and Expertise:

o Strong understanding of school operations and administration.

o Strong leadership skills to inspire and effectively manage staff and students. o Proven track record of delivering high academic performance.

o Good communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with staff, students, and parents. o Counselling skills to provide guidance and support to students and staff.

o Ability to foster a vibrant school culture focused on student success, discipline, and holistic development.

o Competence in overseeing academic and operational functions, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety.

o Capacity to collaborate with the Principal to set and achieve strategic educational goals.
