We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a School Head. JOB PURPOSE: We seek a highly competent, experienced, dynamic and motivated educational leader who will provide strategic direction and leadership to the school. The role is responsible for the schools organization, administration and development
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide vision, leadership and direction for the school
Drive all areas of curriculum and instruction by shaping a vision of academic success for each learner.
Provide leadership in guiding the various co-curricular activities and school based events. 4. Build a strong and cohesive culture supported by effective systems and structures,
Set targets and goals for school staff through a participative process.
Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of the school's staff in liaison with HR.
Build effective relationships with parents, education partners and external stakeholders.
Implement strategic marketing plans, monitor promotional campaigns. network and make recommendations on the most effective marketing channels and communications.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related degree.
Must have a proven track record in educational leadership including school administration, classroom instruction, lesson plans, student assessment and staff development.
At least 5 years school management experience with BNC schools.
Excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills that enables open communication with parents, teachers and learners.
A self-motivated, energetic person who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic working environment. The flexibility to learn and adapt to new cultures.
Demonstrates ability to think and act critically, creatively and independently.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the School Principal. this role provides leadership that will enable the school to realise the RGS Vision, Mission and Core values, and foster an environment for the holistic development of learners
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the School Principal in ensuring that the learning environment is rich and conducive, where each learner will realize her maximum potential.
Participate in setting goals and targets for the staff, and provide monitoring and corrective measures that ensure meeting of the agreed targets.
Supervise the implementation of the academic and non-academic curriculum
Assist in assessing and identifying capacity gaps for the staff and organize for the necessary training in consultation with the School Principal Coordinate internal and external examinations Prepare and supervise the preparation of reports, records, lists, and other paperwork appropriate for the effective administration of the school.
Lead and supervise guidance and counselling programs that will enhance individual education and character formation;
Maintain effective communication with staff, students and parents:
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
A Bachelors of Education degree
At least 4 years' experience in a similar role or as Head of Department.
Strong leadership and mentor-ship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in Ms Office Suite of Packages.
Must be of high personal integrity and ethics. Must have accuracy and keen attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated 9. A team player with the ability to establish understanding and rapport with colleagues.
