Resident Coordinator System Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant Jobs in South Sudan; The incumbent would support the DSRSG/RC/HC vision of development and humanitarian data analysis, mapping, and visualization to strengthen joint priorities, coherent planning and strategic decisions.

Under the overall guidance of the Resident Coordinator and day-to-day supervision by the Head of the Resident Coordinator's Office, the Monitoring and Reporting Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Manage the South Sudan Cooperation Framework (CF) Results Groups, including support for Q1 and mid-year reporting.

• Facilitate the finalization of a list of policies and legislations by the Results Groups for UNCT endorsement and advocacy.

• Support Results Groups in analysis and reporting to Government Clusters, ensuring alignment with the Action Plan for the four UNCT programmatic priorities.

• Provide support to the Programme Criticality Light review and update process.


Qualifications/special skills

An advanced degree (master's degree or higher) in social sciences or a related field is required. Knowledge of results-based management is desirable.

At least 10 years of experience program/project management, implementation, monitoring, and reporting is required. Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-national teams comprised of staff at medium and senior levels. Effective presentation skills is required.

Experience in the coordination of UN programmes is desirable. Knowledge of results-based management is desirable.

Languages

Fluency in oral and written English is required.
