  • A Luxury 5 Star Game Reserve is looking for an experienced Reservationist to join the team.

    Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Excellent command of the English language (Spoken and written)

  • Opera experience essential

  • Excellent communication skills with high level of telephone etiquette

  • A Hospitality Diploma

  • 3 Years experience in a 5 Star Game Lodge within the Reservations Department

  • Computer experience: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Opera PMS

  • Experience in tele-sales

  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity

  • Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment

  • Well organised team player, capable of working independently, meticulously and with initiative
