Sales Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:

Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with service

Understands how to make products/service appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures

Makes sales appointments with clients
Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face to face.

Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.

Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.

Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Education Level: BA in Business field & related fields

Experience: Minimum 1 and above years of relevant work experience in sales

Preferred Qualifications

Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks

Innovative and problem-solving skills and capacity to deliver under pressure

Strong interpersonal relationship skills and communication skill

A high degree of self-motivation and drive
