Resel Pick Pick ICT Technology PLC would like to hire competent and qualified applicants for the following position of General Manager for its sister company.

Roles and Responsibility

Formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies

Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement

Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals

Recruit, onboarding, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives

Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time

Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies,

procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality

Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships

Design strategy and set goals for growth

Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

Prepare regular, monthly and annual reports for upper management

Perform other related duties as provided by the company

Job Requirements

Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance and related fields

Experience: Minimum 2 and above years of experience in managerial role

Strong analytical ability and problem solving skill

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Strong decision-making capabilities
