I am self sponsored doctoral student in the University of South Africa. I am from Ethiopia, Africa.

I am conducting my doctoral thesis on the subject of Public Administration. I planned to submit my thesis to the University at the end of 2014.To this conclusion; I need a research support fund since I am self sponsored student.
