Request for Scholarship

I have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology and I'll be graduating with first class honors. I hope to do a masters degree in Community Development and project planning. Is it possible to obtain a masters scholarship since I'm not financially stable and cannot afford the fees?
