Request for Course Sponsorship

I am a female working within the health sector and I applied for a course to be conducted by the World Bank Institute in Washington DC in October. It's called Health Sector Reform and Sustainable Financing costing about $12 to $15,000.

I would be grateful if you could give guidance on which organizations to appeal to for sponsorship.
