Job Description

The Job description includes, but is not limited to the following.

To be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Ensure that the organization’s policies, procedures, and programs are in compliance with all local regulations of government and trade unions and that they are consistent with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.

Recruiting and hiring employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, overseeing employee training and development, and handling employee relations issues.

To be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, and managing employee relations and engagement programs.

Take HR initiatives and strategies by minimizing the gap between management and employees in relation to requests, grievances, or other social issues.

Handle Employee hiring process; interview, job offer negotiation, Resignation, Exit Interviews, Clearance, and Final settlement.

Handle employee replacement, transfer, confirmation, extension, increment, promotion & benefits management, and keeping employee records.
Prepare & issuing office notices, circulars, announcements, warnings, terminate, confirmations, extensions, increments & promotion letters.

Ensures a positive working environment by addressing employee demands, and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair, and respectful manner.

Conducts employee exit interviews, clearance, and processes payments of final benefits or entitlements.

Prepare required statutory documents and participate in attending to both Federal & State Government officials visiting the company when need be.

Coordinate performance appraisal process for all staff

Any other function as may be assigned by the Management to achieve the company’s goals.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc graduates not more than 45 years old who have previous experience with at least 10 years experience as Head of Human Resources from a reputable organization.

He/ She must have relevant degrees and certifications in the profession.

Candidates must be Male/Female
