Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a successful track record of devising digital strategies and campaigns in a fast moving and fast growth environment.

Reports to Senior Management and will be responsible for executing and contributing to the creation of cost-effective digital marketing programs and communications that ultimately drive sales at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

The successful candidate will develop digital solutions to increase customer acquisition using a range of digital channels including web, social, advertising, SEO, CRM and PR to drive traffic and conversion, in particular.

Lead website performance and drive permanent evolution - improve SEO performance and drive content strategy that goes with it.

Develop strategy for social networks to complement the SEM activity - develop new digital solutions to accelerate growth (ambassador programs, FB community, Instagram, tik tok etc)
Monitor performance and constantly optimise the campaigns.

Job Role

Proven working experience in digital marketing.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Design, build and maintain company’s social media presence.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorm new and

creative growth strategies.

Ensure exponential increase in all sales projections and target.

Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance and ROI, tying channel performance to company financial targets.

Qualifications

Must have professional qualifications (e.g. Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Marketing or any related discipline), with impeccable written English language skills

Must have recent extensive PPC experience.

Must have experience with customer retention (e.g. lifecycle emails, analytics, strategy).

Must have extensive CRM experience.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

Numeracy skills, with strong IT skills.

Job Qualifications & Competencies:

5+ years' experience in a similar role is required.
