Job Summary

We're hiring a seasoned Sales Associate to help us keep growing, be responsible for all sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

You are expected to be continuously updating your knowledge of the company’s services, and policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

Represent and promote the company as the best workplace.

Generate and convert leads.

Negotiate all contracts with prospective customers.

Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services.

Help determine price schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.

Visit prospects and customers to evaluate needs or promote services.

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Prepare daily and weekly reports.

Communicate customer concerns, requests, and reviews to top management.

Follow and achieve the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Comply with all procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualification & Skills

First Degree from a reputable higher institution.

Certification is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

A commitment

to excellent customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Presentation/Pitching skills

Organized, and conscientious of schedules & deadlines.

Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Personable and professional.

Understanding of construction or production methods and processes.
