Job Description

Ensure that the equipment/machinery is properly designed, selected and installed based on a life cycle of an asset.

Ensure that the equipment/machinery is performing effectively and efficiently.

Establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques

Review deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance

Provide technical guidance for technicians

Maintain and advise on the use of stock items, surplus items and absolute stock

Promote and increase the machine/equipment availability/up time/

Make cost effective benefit review of the maintenance program

Provide and implement technical guidance for the preventive and predictive maintenance program

Serves as the focal point for monitoring performance indicators /KPI/ for maintenance team

Ensures analyzing of equipment/machinery operating data

Ensures designing and implementing of cost – effective equipment modification to help improve safety and reliability

Ensures producing detail specifications of equipment/machinery

Ensures maintaining of statistical and financial records

Ensures managing of spare parts stocks

Ensures carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults

Ensure carrying out quality inspections on jobs

Ensures

working area and machinery/equipment are clean and safe

Ensure applying Repi Soap & Detergent S.C maintenance SOP

She/he will do additional work which is given for immediate leader.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Advance diploma from Poly Technic College or related field required

5+ years’ experience in maintenance management role

Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems

Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics

Effective interpersonal and written communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desirable if have training and certification in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), AutoCAD.

Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
