Job Description

Secondary Sales Management

  • Follow up & manage mainly secondary sales

  • Communicate sales target for the sales team and distributors on time

  • Communicate the sales performance report to sales team and distributors

  • Conduct daily, weekly and month sales performance review

  • Follow up on time delivery of the primary orders

  • Closely working with sales coordinator

  • Account Management & Business analysis

    Manage the RTM database based on market nature

  • Support the sales team with account development and maintenance

  • Follow up secondary sales reports and make necessary adjustment (Call Rate, Success rate and strike rate)

  • Analyze other KPI reports and take proper support and action

  • Assess marketing related reports and provide feedback

  • Provide competitor activity related inputs to the RSM & Trade marketing

    People Management

  • Manage all the sales team and distributors in the assigned region

  • Coach the sales team and provide clear and actionable feedback

  • Manage the communication between sales team & distributors

  • Motivate the sales team and distributors to deliver business objectives

  • Conduct monthly P & L review of all distributors with the help of RSM

  • Create a partner relationship with all
    distributors

  • Maintain engagement with other departments (Marketing, RTM, HR, Finance, Supply chain, production)

    Planning

  • Prepare Action Plan - daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.

  • Plan for execution of all KPI goals and communicate on time.

  • Prioritize all the task according to business urgency.

  • Provide coaching plan by the sales team

    Administrative

  • Facilitate weekly and monthly team meeting

  • Managing e-mails and other communication mediums (telegram)

  • Review and maintain outlet master data integrity.

  • File all the coaching related files properly

  • Ensure the fulfilment of sales resources to the team.

  • Manage Team’s different leaves and report accordingly.

  • Provide downtime and undelivered orders on weekly and monthly basis

    Job Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, business management or other related field of study.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in in sales of which 2 years in FMCG with good RTM exposure
