Tebita Ambulance Pre-Hospital Emergency Services PLC is the first private ambulance and emergency service provider of its kind in Ethiopia.

They are seeking an experienced, active sales and marketing professional with proven ability to secure quick and lasting businesses to join their team as the VP Marketing and Sales.

Candidates with relevant experience in the service sector (notably with private companies) will be preferred.

RENEW is an impact investment firm with its largest office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where it manages its investment operations and supports its portfolio companies’ growth.

RENEW has closed an investment in Tebita’s sister company, East African Emergency Services (EAES). In support of EAES, we are recruiting for Tebita’s key management positions.

Job Title: VP- Marketing and Sales

Tebita’s VP-Marketing and Sales, will be responsible for generating sales growth in Tebita’s remote and training business division, populate the sales pipeline for Tebita from the network of business contacts and develop strong sales leads from this network.

Candidates applying for this position should be active and persistent in converting prospective clients into actual sales (but a lot of energy and charisma), and be disciplined in managing your own time.
