Reliance Health Telesales Associate Jobs in Nigeria; We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Officer to join our! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in promoting sales of our innovative Health insurance product.
Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, educating potential customers on product benefits, and closing deals.

Responsibilities include:

*Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions.

*Educate potential customers on features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs.

*Effectively guide customers through the sales process and sign-up of new accounts.

*Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor.

*Exceed assigned sales targets.

*Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements

*Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar B2B sales role.

*Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

*Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

*In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses (a plus).

*Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (a plus)

*A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about new solutions.

*Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

*Excellent time management and organizational skills.
