Job DescriptionTAF Oil P.L.C would like to invite qualified and experienced Candidates for the following position, TAF, a very fast growing; multi-business oriented and client-focused Company is looking for an energetic Regional Coordinators.
Responsibilities
Coordinating & supervise all under supervision staffs, sub-distributers and retailers.
Daily submit request plan for product’s demand and confirm its approval accordingly.
According to the time schedule, reports weekly and monthly reports
Over control all assets and documents of the company found in and around the branch.
Follow-up and inform seasonal market situation within the region.
Will create good work environment with Ethio-telecom managements and staffs
Will make good relationship with sub-distributors and retailers
Perform and make to be performed any job of the company assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
BA Degree in Management/Marketing/Accounting or related fields
Relevant Experience
2 years and above
Required Skills and Knowledge
A creative mindset with an ability to suggest improvements regarding telecom business
Strong leadership and decision making skills
Strong skills and confidence to lead and motivate a team
Strong ability to manage own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Familiarity with email and proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
