Job Description

Regent ICT PLC is a company which works on electronic bill distribution currently for Ethio Telecom and soon will cooperate with different public organization and Banks for the swift bill collection via POS machines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The junior manager position is under the supervision of the General manger and will control all marketing, Finance and operation manager under it. It also supervises the daily operation and finance collection and report to the General Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete set-up information with retailers, approve purchase orders and manage communication with customers.

  • Resolve issues efficiently by providing clear communication.

  • Direct communication and compliance between funding sources, account executives and vendors to ensure timely payment.

  • Initiate improvements in business relationships by alerting partner funding sources of potential exposure risks.

  • Ensure marketing team machine distribution and data collection

  • Direct communicate with finance and control everyday credit sales and cash collected
    Perform daily, weekly inventories, reconciliation, scheduling and merchandising.
    Check in/out of airtime with operation team for airtime release

  • Approve everyday airtime release for customers aligning with finance and operation approval

  • Weekly report to the General manager

    Staff Management

  • Facilitate the provision of technical support to Supervisees; demonstrate on-job knowledge/skill transfer as
    demanded.

  • Identify knowledge gap and recommend for capacity development program for Supervisees.

  • Support the Supervisees in setting performance targets in consultation with the Marketing Manager/ Finance manager.

  • Facilitate dissemination and exchange of expertise in the concerned field.

  • Facilitate trainings in technical development topics,

    Job Requirements

    Qualification:

  • BA degree in Business management or any business related field of study.

    Work Experience:

  • Three to Five years of relevant experience with Electronic and technology companies is preferable

    Required Competencies

  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.

  • Ability to work in stressful situation

  • Motivated, outgoing and detailed oriented personality

  • Willing to work in weekends and out of office hours
