Job Purpose;

The candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs

Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks

Supervise sales representatives to ensure sales increase

Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Skills and Qualifications;

Preferably a University Graduate in Business Management, Commerce, Business, Economics or other related studies.

Technical training in water treatment technology and design, water chemistry, pump sizing, plumbing systems design and related studies an added advantage

At least 4 years Business Development

Management or related experience and at least 5 years in a Sales, Business Development, Sales or other key Business Management Role

Team Management Experience

Target setting, budget creation and statistical analysis experience

Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
