Job Purpose:

Will involve in all Ecommerce management activities, including preparing ecommerce strategy, Planning and budgeting, Managing Hulubeje mobile application, content creation, order fulfilment and managing deliveries.

Major Duties:

Responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling, tracking and reporting for ecomm web and hulubeje application or the ecommerce platforms

Ensuring good consumer or merchant service by addressing the timely resolution of consumer or merchant issues or comments

End to end control over the order fulfillment process, from order receiving and processing all the way through delivery

Periodically ensure that merchants designate or arrange for persons or personnel to monitor e-commerce transactions.

Responsible for managing merchants content creation

Responsible for managing all shopping and booking ecommerce categories

Number of Posts: 1

Employment type: Permanent after probation period completion

Job Requirements

Qualification:

M.A/B.A Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or any related field of study from recognize university/college

Experience:

6 years and above experience for M.A or 8 years and above experience for B.A (the work experience must be after graduation), for M.A 2 or for B.A 4 years as Manager/supervisory/coordination roles in similar organization setup or equivalent
