Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to be responsible for following up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the business’s products and leads in solution development for the identified improvement areas.

Key responsibilities:

He/She will also assist in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities, business best practices trends,

Principals that ensures consumers satisfaction, loyalty and the attainment of new accounts for the business

Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Skills

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Excellent organizational skills

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Qualifications:

7+ years work experience in supply chain (FMCG) is ideal
