Our client in the Food and Processing Industry is looking for a Head of Technical Department to join their team;

Duties and responsibilities include but are not subject to:

Responsible for all maintenance work at plant and all retail outlets (35)

Repairs and breakdowns.

Maintenance schedules.

Skills

Significantly stronger leadership and organizational abilities.

xcellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Remarkable technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

A significant experience in any similar role is likely to be beneficial.

Must have experience working with refrigeration, including refrigerated trucks.

Willing to build a potentially professional relationship with clients and staff.
