Our client, a prominent player in the biopharmaceutical industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to fill the role of Executive Personal Assistant/Office Support Services Supervisor. This position is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative and supervisory support within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide full and reasonable support to the CEO and the Executive Team, by possessing a decent understanding of the company’s business plans and structures.

Conduct general administration to ensure the exco office is run efficiently.

General Research and Corporate Function Coordination.

Ensuring the Executive Team builds effective relationships and completes end-to-end detailed coordination of visits.

Oversee Office Support Services within the company.
